How quickly can you view my property & is there a charge?
We could view your property in a timescale to suit you. It is an informal meeting and holds no obligation or charges on either party. There are no fees whatsoever.
How soon can the sale be completed and the funds be available ?
It normally takes 4-6 weeks to carry out the whole process as we need to do a survey. We can, however, ensure that the process is completed more speedily if required.
Is there an option to be able to remain in the property ?
Yes. We have many rent back options that you could choose from. We can tailor an option that best suits your situation and circumstances. If you are out of work you may even be eligible for Housing Benefit.
Are there any fees?
There are no commission or agency fees whatsoever. All conveyancing and survey fees will be covered by Town and Country.

No. As you will be looking for above market value. We tend to offer a guaranteed quick sale, for this we expect a 10% profit, excluding Costs.
